Busted pedal, slowly coming back to life

Sometimes, all it takes to break a great pedal is one good stomp. I have an HBE Germania which I adore as a solo boost and during one rather exuberant stomp I killed the toggle switch that went between full range and the other setting. This pedal has suffered years of abuse and I'm surprised that only now did it get busted. So I went to Fry's electronics on a whim and found the switch in question and replaced the broken one in about ten minutes. Huzzah!
Unfortunately, I also discovered that the sole potentiometer that controls the something now spins freely. This means I have to go back in and take the existing pot off the board and reinstall another pot (that I can't source). This bums me out.
Finally, when I'm all done with that, I'd like to install one of those rails that you see one some pedals with tubes to ensure I don't smash my prized boost again.
Now where can I find a pcb mount 10k potentiometer and a rail? This thread was really about where to source certain parts.
