Engl 670 Accomplices/Advice

What is anyone/everyone's take on the amp? Experiences?
I've watched the vids on youtube, read the reviewed and it seems like a capable amp.
Is the build quality worth it? I know the PB and Savage I played through and looked over didn't seem to justify a $2k price tag last year.
If you were offered one for say 40% of retail as someone needs coin, would you?
I was here all thinking on a 2x15" cab and this opportunity comes up.
