I have been listening to the sword a lot lately, can you recommend me something similar, fun but pahaps with less high vocals (no Cookie Monster).
I love the thrashy grinding guitars.

What should I get?

And the big 1 knob amp that dude in Texas makes. The rig rundown on Kyle's rig is so funny.

Trouble and Church of Misery. COM vocals are on the harsh side but I wouldn't call them cookie monster.

Not a doom-head/stoner rock guy AT ALL but Trouble is excellent.

In their prime, Trouble were pretty much in a class all their own.

If you can get past the "trying too hard to sound like Shinedown" vocals.

The music is generally pretty good though.
