I love prs but hate the birds, fake birds are worse. Would not but the finish looks nice.

No thanks. For that price there are a lot of "known to be decent" guitars available.

It does look nice enough in the pictures though.

It sure looks like a Korean PRS.

A whimsical name, on the headstock would be fun, too.

I think you can get the same thing for less over @ tradetang.com.

Okay, IDK if you'd ever get it after you paid for it, but there are many a slow work days that I marvel @ the Chineses knock-offs and wonder how bad they'd be.

I think we've all been there. I know of someone who set up a guitar from tradetang for someone, they said it was a decent guitar, but you also hear the horror stories...

considering this again haha.

Might take the plunge! If I managed to sell some more equipment I will get this

If you buy one, have them put SCROTE on the headstock instead of GROTE.

Ironically I said pretty much the exact same thing in another thread involving them. It will cost and extra $30 to change the headstock logo haha. But... that does mean a longer waiting time.

I wouldn't do it - but if you do, be prepared for:

crooked tuners (see pic of back of headstock)
bad finish (closeup of neck pocket, front)
poorly book-matched wood grain (this one isn't too bad)
you will probably want to replace ALL the electronics
hardware will be cheap

but if I were to get it - I would have the headstock inlay say FAKE.....................

But yeah those are concerning issues, but there aren't a lot of decent lefties on ebay at the moment and I need something because I've got some gigs coming up. Frak all locally...

I need a guitar for standard C and this seemed like an option. I know there could be various problems, but if I didn't bite the bullet I'd be wondering about it for a long time!
