This is 'country' music ? I think not !

If anyone has the chance to see Leftover Salmon or Jeff Austin this summer,
I enthusiastically recommend it; no matter what genre of music you like.
Call it SpeedCajun, Thrash Bluegrass, Heavy Ska, it doesn't really matter.
I've seen them wear crowds out twice now. You don't normally see that kind of
crowd dance-mosh at "Nashville" country gigs. I guess it's partly the new
festival crowds, but this stuff is HIGH energy and has tons of killer playing.
Each of these cats can completely tear it up. I'm surprised they have fingers
left at the end of the sets.
Expect many hot chicks dancing.
The recent leg has included Bill Payne from Little Feat on piano.
(Definitely one of the nicest guys in the biz. )
This is one of their SLOW songs, but check out the shred mandolin around 3:00
