I'm interested in the modern 2x12 they have a slant baffle option that is looking very good to me, anyone have a 2x12 with the slant baffle talk to me

This thread is relevant to my interests. Every time I see a Whitebox cab, it makes me want to order one even though I have more cabs than heads right now. They just look sexy as hell.

Great build quality and you can't beat the number of speaker options. Plus, Doug is a stand up guy and always takes care of his customers. Wish I could afford one!!

Love mine. Didn't get the slant baffle. The semi open back options are cool. Build quality is top notch. I put wgs et65 & vet30 in mine.

I have the 2x12 with the slanted baffle in all black, including the piping, It has the 3 piece convertible back as well. I have the Eminence Deltalite II 12" speakers in them. Great build quality, customer service, and reasonable price. He accomodated all of my requests with no issues. I have several cabs, and this is my # 1 now for small and medium sized venues. I want another one for stereo with my Ampeg VH140C head.

Nice, do prefer slant baffle over a traditional cab

I've got a slanted baffle 2x12, have a Scumback M75/H75-LD pair in it for use with my JVM 210H


have the top panel open and the sound is just HUGE

I have a 4x12 with slanted baffle.....it's a really nice cab. Orange-ish, but slightly smaller overall.

Damn, we've got pretty similar rigs (VH140C into a Whitebox 2x12 loaded with Deltalites). I also run another identical cab but with Tonkerlites, though each one is wired in stereo so I can use one or both as needed.

Neither one is a slant-baffle, but as far as whitebox goes, great built quality, sounds huge, looks awesome, and the adjustable back is cool. Definitely an upgrade from the Avatar cab I had before.

i want to get one for the house and just bring my head back and forth to rehearsal.

Any thoughts on how whitebox and lopoline compare? Seem similarly priced and have similar options.

I have a Lopo 2x10 as well, and the Whitebox is nicer.
The Lopo is solid, but the Whitebox is built more like a more expensive cab.

What are their prices like, compared to Avatar?
