I went to a wedding the weekend before last. It was actually ok; I drank loads of whisky, danced a bit, and said nothing to the groom for the entire day.
I said one word to the bride:
"Maintenance"

I can sense princess-complex-type chicks from a mile away, I mean they all have some shred of that bs (ESPECIALLY in the US vs. rest of the world) but I could never tolerate that while dating let alone getting married, holy shit. That said, I've seen far too many situations where I assume it's the girl being a controlling bitch when it's equally, if not more so the guy being the type that likes to be told what to do. Not my thing at all, but it is certainly quite common in my experience.
