So Kid Rock kept his night club open because, "THE SHOW MUST GO ON!" Always knew he was a douche, but that's some spectacular fail.
And worse, he had a packed house.
There's some scammer calling people, telling them they tested positive, then requesting credit card info in order to ship them antibiotics. Multiple levels of fail in there, but some people in their panic are falling for it.
I'm beginning to question if we're intelligent enough as a species to merit survival.

I sincerely hope they pull his liquor and entertainment licenses. I know it won't happen, but damn, it would be awesome to see. The guy is a douche-bag and his music has always sucked.

I'd like to see him in jail over it. Set an example and rid the world of his ham-fisted self-proclamations for a while.
I know, it won't happen. He's being a bit more conciliatory today after several other "singers" told him he was being a bag of dicks on social media, but it shouldn't take that to follow the request of the mayor, governor and president during a time of crisis. Fuck sake.

This whole situation is weird because everybody is "mad" at something, and I think people are trying to superimpose their anger on a scapegoat of some sort.
Hug your family. Stay away from public places. Don't buy into 95% of what you're hearing on social media/other forums. There is a LOT of fake news right now. People are sharing spam emails as fact. For example: "BREAKING: AMAZON CANCELS ALL NON_ESSENTIAL SHIPMENTS!"
no, you got an email from NFJKDSNJKFHDJKJKSF@PHISHING.COM that wanted you to log in to a fake site with your amazon credentials..
or THE INCUBATION PERIOD IS ACTUALLY 5 WEEKS. No, it probably isn't. It sounds like 14 days at most.

only thing i would add is to just funnel everything you might be feeling into creating music.

Man, Facebook is constant misinformation as it is but with the virus it's ridiculous! It just amazes me how people don't think critically or at least do some checking on Google before they share this stuff.

To BroSlinger's point, there's also certain folks that, since they haven't witnessed a case of it personally, are convinced this entire thing is a hoax thought up by larger businesses to wipe out smaller businesses.
It does seem us Americans like to rage impotently at everything that we don't understand. While some of us are contemplative and trying to wrap our heads around it, there's a whole subset of society right now, a not insignificant subset, that are angry, and looking for somebody or something to punch or shoot.
