Unfortunately that one doesn't hold up too well for me now but I still have a deep appreciation for it.

I remember being blown away when it first came out, cranking it through the 6x9s in my 1977 Camaro.

Ron Jarzombek must have way too much time on his hands to not only use a complex 12 tone system to write his music, but also to make the music sync up perfectly to certain movie scenes.

I actually spent a few days trying to understand the 12 tone system thing he uses, watching some of his vids where he mapped that shit out on his clockface dealie, and I'm still lost as all fucking get-out. Apparently I've lost too much musical theory to even get the first step of his process.

The production sounds pretty thin when compared to what's come out since then. Production wise I still think its miles ahead of Sepultura's Morbid Visions.

I know he's been working on a DVD on the subject for some time, and he's put all other projects on hold until it's done. I think he gave a better idea in this video (kind of), than the one with the clock face, but it's still crazier than anything I'll attempt. I know that the idea is to make all the notes of the chromatic scale equal so there's no key, but that's about it.

Forgot how good this was. UFO fans will dig it.
Jeff Kollman may be the best Michael Schenker replacement they have had. Although He still retains his own identity

Re: Now Playing
I was watching a live Tenacious D show with Dave G on drums (2010?) last night. That was alright actually, been a long time since I listened to the D.

I was a DJ at a light rock station back in the early 1990s and we played Ace Of Base constantly. Much better than the rest of the stuff that was popular at the time. Cute, catchy little tunes.
Once in a while I'll tune in a top 40 or light rock station and I'm like

Once in a while I'll tune in a top 40 or light rock station and I'm like. I thought things were bad 20 years ago.
I've seen a couple of live clips of it being performed and I was impressed.
