Down to 240 now. I'm targeting 230 by the start of the new year. Feeling WAAAY good.

Also, I've been able to cut (in half) the Gabapentin medicine I've been taking almost 10 years to help with the nerve problems I've been dealing with from sciatica. I've tried to cut it before, and failed every time. It's been a month at this cut rate, and I'm surviving. Really hoping to reduce / remove it further in the upcoming weeks

Great to hear!

Last week I dropped below 240 for the first time since 2003 and hope to dump some of these blood pressure meds when I go in for my next physical in February.

You guys are killing it! I have dropped 25 of the 50 lbs I need to lose to get below 200.

Down 52 pounds as of this morning from my high point and feeling pretty fucking good about it. I'm walking straighter, my back doesn't hurt near as much, and I can finally sit at a keyboard without feeling like I'm sticking my arms out four feet in front of me trying to reach again.

Long ways to go, but it feels pretty good to step on the scale and not go, "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO YESTERDAY!?"

My weight still fluctuates wildly from about 171 to 179 and anywhere in between from day to day. I know it's probably water retention/sodium, but there's nothing for it. I still wear medium sized shirts, 34 waist pants. I'm not actively trying to LOSE weight, just to maintain where I'm at, and it's still a bitch of a thing to do. I'm eating and exercising the exact same way I did when I lost about 65-70 pounds, and that's just to keep from gaining weight.

Metabolism is a helluva thing.

Down 32. This is easy. Slower than usual, but sustainable. Much more to go, but i'm stoked
