I went to the local dispensary this week and picked up some oil and gummies.

The oil is a blend of CBD, THC, & CBN. I thought I'd try this to help me sleep. Supposedly the CBN portion is the part that makes you sleepy.

The gummies are a CBD and THC blend at 10mg. I cut those in half.

So far, I've noticed better sleep and not waking up as often. And I feel I wake up easier in the morning when compared to the one antidepressant my doctor put me on for sleep.

I also wanted something with a CBD component to provide some anti-inflammatory action while I sleep.

I know not Delta-8 related, but it's because of this thread that has guided me from the Delta-8 to the real THC stuff and there's no comparison. THC; to me; provides none of the wobbly legs/fight to stay upright effects of Delta-8 and a more mellower groove to fall into sleep.

What strain are you taking? For help with sleep, I'm almost all indica but there's a hybrid that's 50/50 that puts me to sleep pretty well. I found that in indicas, granddaddy purple was one that helped me the most. Kosher kush is good too, really strong af.

D8 is all over the map, strength wise and effectwise.

Anything from 3chi is strong, pleasant, reliable, and high quality. Good shit.

Anything from binoid is weak and weird.

Star will make you tired, but not much else.

Effex is decent, but not as good as 3chi.
