Yep. Larry Busby a.k.a. Romeo Rose went on Judge Judy to sue to have a tattoo of his girlfriend removed.
I saw the vid years ago.
It was indeed a bad tat that made his (actually rather cute) girlfriend look like a person with down syndrome.
Under the picture was the inscription, "Silly Girl".
The poor girl looked like she wanted to die from embarrassment.
