Picked it up off the wall and that string was about a half step flat. I dunno if it was pinched on the nut or what, but as I tuned it back to pitch I could feel it kinda giving way. Unfortunately it broke at the bridge, whipped around and nicked the top. "A chunk" is a bit of hyperbole, but it did leave a mark.

This was also 7 or 8 years ago, maybe my memory is failing me and the whole neck ripped off :idk:

It did rip all the way off, taking part of the top with it and showing that The Anomaly had, at some previous point, taken a dump in the soundhole.
