I’m not gonna lie I’ve been smoking we e daily for 15 years and it often still makes me cough. I smoke cigs without coughing but the weed still tends to get me. Less so than dabs - those absolutely destroy my lungs

The coughing/throat irritation (as I understand it) is the terpenes acting on your system, which is what you actually want.

I’m a huge proponent of the ganj but that has me raising a -hard- eyebrow I’d be interested in reading more on the science with that claim tho
