No worries there fellas.
The age difference between my sister and I was big enough that I’ve already got experience in that department.

Just wanted to let y’all know my son Magnus was born healthy at 10:58 pm last night.
Everything went well and mom did amazing. She’s healing up now and I’m happy to say both of them are happy and healthy.

You've got some set on you. Naming your kid Magnus  I know where you got the inspiration but holy shit. You better not raise a pussy because he may need some thick skin.

Congrats, Daddy Bizzle!

Congrats bro. Having a son kicks so much ass. Just remember to not get overwhelmed, you’ll figure it out as you go. Everything falls in to place along the way.

Congrats man! Enjoy the little things, even the hard times. The next few weeks will be both hard and a blur and that’s ok.

My daughter is 3 now and it’s been so awesome even if it’s been difficult.

Hell yeah! Nice work and congratulations Kyle!

Like Dave said don't overthink things. Things fall into place. For most of us who don't suck as humans, there's an app that you never knew you had in you that just got double clicked and is operating in the background. It will update your operating system for you, if you let it.

It will also eventually cause you to tell corny jokes and possibly purchase white new balance shoes. Just go with it.

Thanks guys, appreciate the input.

He’ll be a week old tomorrow.
Little guy was nearly 3 weeks early which is early term but not premature at all. Basically just means he’s on the smaller side and his nervous system is still developing.

So far he’s been a challenge with his night owl hours and propensity to go into a rage starting around midnight until 4-5. Regardless I’m grateful to have him and that he’s healthy. Poor guy looks just like I did as a baby though, may the lord have mercy and make him a more handsome adult.

The midnight rage from midnight til 4 - 5 sounds like my kid. My wife and I slept in shifts. She’d go to bed around 8 and I’d stay up with him until 12:30-1. Then I’d go to sleep so I could be up to go to work. Funnily enough, during the time he was sleeping until about 12:30 or so, I’d get in a few hours of Red Dead Redemption each night which actually allowed me to finish and beat that game.

Video games is actually a really good idea.
We also take similar shifts on recommendation from the singer in my band. Her advice has surely saved us lots of potential fights.

No rage during my shift last night but I think thats because we're starting to figure the kid out a bit and are committed to figuring this shit out.
