Keep to head up - your moving ahead! Congrats on the test, but makes me wonder even more about all these supposed new cases we keep hearing about.

Yeah we have our hypothesis too. Either my sample was contaminated, accidentally switched with some one else, or I had it and didn't pass it to anyone else with no symptoms, then got over it 3 days later.
I took a self test at CVS the first time and you are supposed to disinfect every surface you took on the collection box. That was almost overflowing when I got there.
The second time it was at a state testing facility handled by trained people. I alerted anyone I had contact with and they all tested negative at that location.
So either CVS fucked up or there are tons of false negatives out right now.

Sucks about the delayed start but happy to hear you've got something going.
I can't help but regularly think of all those out of work under no fault of their own struggling to keep their heads above water right now. Really rooting for us all to come out of this year in salvageable shape.

Yeah the place I was previously working for was a clothing retail store corporate location. They got rid of 250 positions in a restructure. That's positions not people. I think it was in the ballpark of 700 people. That was a month before the lock down. My department got hit during the lock down. So I feel like I was one of the more fortunate ones. I could ration my money until unemployment kicked in but I had a family emergency and was honest that I wasn't available for one day of work. No work was scheduled just that I wasn't available if it could have been offered..... That got my unemployment held up by 10 weeks now. Luckily I don't have kids and my GF has been able to work a good portion of the time. But since the positive test we are both going to be struggling for at least a month unless unemployment comes through. Plan B is to head to music go round.
Again I think I'm one of the lucky ones.
