I cannot believe that cop who killed him kept his knee on his neck for almost 9 minutes WTF dude? WTF ASSHOLE!!

That said the 7 days of rioting are 'enough" its time to restore law and order, the Mayor of NY is such a complete incompetent weak POS, no wonder that he got .01% vote when he ran for president

I am in NY and its just sad to see what happened, it was organized chaos, twitter and other social media outlets make it very easy to recruit and plan total destruction. People are being assaulted and police as well, my buddy is a 12 year vet of the force who has accommadations/medals for police service and volunteers on his time in his community (hes hispanic) was hospitalized after being hit with bottles and what they think is marbles/slingshots, just terrible hes a great guy all he does is good stuff for his community I just dont get what the rioters are thinking they are hurting their own neighborhoods, and small business, They make it tougher to rebuild and have jobs in those areas, the insurance rates etc, etc just awful. There was a glimmer of hope that the real protesters were trying to stop some of the riot clowns, i just wish there was more of this and YES more training for cops ASAP

The media is just awful and does NOTHING but fan the flames any chance it gets, hopefully the worse is over with a new curfew, stay safe bros

It is heartbreaking to see people stoop that low in our own communities.

I live in the suburbs of northern L.A. so I'm only burdened by these 6pm curfews.

There was a protest in my neighborhood earlier today. There must've been at least 1,000 people at its highest attendance. The crowd was quite diverse. (I didn't appreciate the ACAB signs some of the college-age kids were walking around with.) There were also lots of cops, cop cars, vans full of cops, a bus to take away detained people, helicopters: police, media, and, dunno why, but military even (Blackhawk) especially in the beginning. The energy was quite high when the march began, but I guess the valley heat and the distance (three miles) they walked eventually dampened their momentum. In the end, it was what you would call a peaceful protest, a small one with no incidents. There were about two or three personalities leading the march who had choice words for the cops but for the most part, no incidents.

What I'm getting out of this is that this is a reminder for me to reflect on myself and to scrutinize any habits of thinking I have and their sources.

The strangest thing by far that's happened so far in 2020 is Brady & Gronk going to the Buccs. I mean wtf.

No, what’s stranger was Gronkowski going to the WWE, only to flake out on them. At least they won’t have to repeat the Ronda Rousey mistake of 2018-2019.

It's kinda funny that Jameis can at least tell himself that he got dumped for Brady instead of being dumped for so may interceptions. I like Jameis but damn that guy can flunk a drive.

I'm older than a lot of you, so this may not resonate, but I was thinking yesterday that the current issues (government mistrust, pandemic, economic collapse, racism, unemployment, police brutality) have led to a level of unrest and a general "feeling" that is very reminiscent of the Vietnam War era. I grew up seeing similar situations play out on TV news every night, so it's interesting how it came flooding back - it must still be etched in my brain. The only thing missing is Walter Cronkite reading the daily casualty report.

Covid ran its course and now we need another distraction, time for antifa and their ilk to muddy the waters of peaceful protests. Almost seems manufactured......

No, what's stranger than that was Gronk on Masked Singer as the White Tiger.

And Sarah Palin was on covering Sir Mix-a-Lot in the same season. WTF is this shit?

As my coworker said yesterday, this year can be summed up in two words. Dumpster. Fire.

They need to stop pandering.

Glad to hear but that doesn't answer the question . I can only assume it was high stress for most folks and I'll bet many didn't go out but cheers to you that powered through it . And Congrats to Iowa for ousting that racist cunt Smith . That is how the people will take back their country . :usa:

Walter Cronkite was 100% against the Vietnam war. but you did not know it from his reporting, the gold standard of reporting He did the reporting while loathing what he did at times. - Today? The media ABSOLUTELY twists/contorts and inflicts opinion/agendas into everything it does with so called "news", its obvious to see and bad

Anyone who saw that Floyd video was sickened by it and the immediate rage was understood to a extent, it was a terrible video and maybe that cop with off himself and save the public and floyd family more anguish - however the 7 days or so of rioting and looting was planned out (in large part) and well organized by outside/global groups. There tenticles reach out and very large and more influencial than you think

Last night looked to be calmer with curfews, hopefully this continues, stay safe bros
