Its everything I wanted it to be (despite the wanted system being ridiculous).

Do you have to pay that shit? I have a $300 bounty in strawberry that I just can't bring myself to pay.

I haven't had time to sit and play since reaching Chapter 2 a couple weeks ago.... and the intro was so slow I have no urge to get back in.... tomorrow is a Public Holiday here in Trinidad... might put some time in and see what happens.

It's a game to play in like 5 hour chunks. Not 1 hour.

Still having trouble with controls. I get confused after a few rounds of BO4. Last night i ended punching my horse (he didn't seem to mind) and shooting the guy i was on a mission with before we even got to the mission.

Me too. Beginning of chapter 2 some dude pulled me off my horse in town. I meant to beat him up but accidentally executed him. Then obviously I killed the witnesses and the cops who came.

Now my life is much harder

One of the first days I played I shot a deer that got stuck on the roof of a shack and had to lasso it to get it down. Just finished skinning it when I heard my horse fall off a cliff and die, the same cliff that I had tumbled off of on foot before seeing the deer on the roof. So then I was humping my saddle and a deerskin around trying to find a new horse. Came up on the next little house in the woods with two horses at it... go to jump on one and the owner came out and shotgunned me in the face. Then I found out you get a temp horse haha.

It irritates me there is no place in the menu to see exactly what the controls are. The game keeps wanting me to fist fight and I don't know how to dodge or block. Or fuck maybe you can't.

X blocks. X and left stick in a direction dodges out of a Punch's way and the guy wiffs leaving an opening for a counter.

X as in Xbox X. Not PS X.

You can surrender I think if you have no guns equipped and you walk into the sheriff's office in the area you're wanted in. Not sure if it still deducts the $$ from your stash, I haven't tried it.

There are some big ol' gators in the swamp, fellas!

I finally figured out that my studying an animal you can determine the quality of the pelt. It's tougher than I would've expected to find 3-star Rabbits

I beat RDR2 a couple weeks ago. Now I’m doing all the side missions and challenges. The gambling challenges are so tedious. One level you have to win 3 blackjack games while drawing at least 3 cards. I managed to do that once in an hour.

The game is so fun but it’s frustrating when I accidentally blow up my Level 4 $1250 Arabian. I also broke up a KKK rally and slaughtered everyone. Good times.

Indeed. I killed the legendary bull gator there. Thing was gigantic.
