Want a quick method to check this out? Look at her Susan Rice Swinging Ape Balls tweet that happened BEFORE they hired her to bring the show back. Same level of racism except this time folks saw they could do something to her so outrage. If her bosses did indeed care about such things without the public outrage, why would they hire her to begin with? They knew who Roseanne was well before this tweet.

I think you're confusing me for someone I'm not. (a conservative) I'm a liberal who's sick of these kind of tactics from my team because they do more ultimate harm than good. Ironically Roseannes been the under fire from the same style of outrage but from conservatives back when she did that national performance years back. I agree completely both sides do this same thing if someone crosses their specific lines (typically some sort of patriotism on the right and racism/sexism on the left) and it shouldn't be accepted from either.

I hope you don't think I've gotten emotional with you. I do have emotions on this issue, but I'm trying to channel it in a healthy way. I've been volunteering and getting the tips of my toes wet in politics at the local level.

The story with her dying from an opioid overdose made a lot of sense. It blended right in with her pill problem at the end of last season. It was true to the show too. If Aunt Jackie could get beaten by her boyfriend, Roseanne could die from opioids.
Totally agree. It fit the story line they developed last season, and Mary Steenburgen was a great addition to the cast if she is going to be a recurring character. Haters gonna hate, regardless of how they killed Roseanne's character off. I loved her character, but the show is still strong enough without her to remain relevant.

I agree, they would essentially be trolling themselves for how they handled the end of the original series and the reboot. It would be next level humor, no doubt.
