I can't believe I'm going to say this, as it was told to me when i was in college, but everything changes when you're in your 40s. My eyesight is going to shit, hair growing out of my ears, random pubes turning grey, etc. I don't heal as fast as I used to, it's so much easier to get fatter, and I sure as hell can't sleep through the night.

Intermittent fasting just happens with the carnivore diet because the energy from meat lasts 4x longer than other foods, so for instance I can eat in the morning and then again late at night and not feel hungry or dead in the middle.

My eyesight was getting worse for about the past 8 years until I finally got glasses a few months ago. Been having greys since I was 24 though. And for the bad rep that kids get about giving you greys I gotta say, it's not the baby that gives them to you it's the baby momma.
But I got a pretty good feeling that I'll always be thin. I take after my gandfather a lot and he was thin all his life. Also handsome, which I'll certainly always be.

I've had grey hair since I was like 17 haha. Could be worse though - my brother started getting male pattern baldness at like 25, and now his hair is super sparse (and he's only six years older than me). Luckily I seemed to have swerved that gene. Plus, chicks dig my salty mane
And I've always been thin - up until like a year or two ago my weight hovered at around 135 ever since I was a teenager. I'm actually still thin besides my beer belly at this point I'm hovering around 165-170 - most I've ever weighed in my life
