Lol. You have no idea what due process is, and if you did, you'd know better than to apply it to this situation. Dorner had already killed cops and others, stated he was going to continue to do so, and demonstrated his intention to do so by shooting more and engaging in a firefight until the cops set the building on fire. Had he surrendered, then yes, due process would apply. He did not, and it ended as it was inevitably going to. Due process doesn't have a thing to do with it at that point. Shut the fuck up.

This guy wasn't an "insider." He washed out of the Field Training process, and didn't bring his bullshit allegations to light until he thought it would keep him from being washed out. Fuck him.

Hapless: I simply disagree with you. Cops trying to light someone on fire for killing another person absolutely denies Dorner the opportunity to be charged with his crimes. If there was a firefight at that moment and the cops were returning fire, fine. Then the cops are simply protecting themselves. But setting the cabin ablaze is something entirely different. Judge, jury and executioner.

Edit: You are a cop, aren't you Hapless?

Hey Sleewell, fuck you. Take a poll, see how many people want me gone from here. If 75% of you do, fine, I will leave.

Uh...genius...they were involved in an active firefight with the guy. They ended the firefight. It's not about what's fair. He lost. The manner in which he lost doesn't matter in the least. Due process doesn't enter into it.

Which one? What is silly is the prevailing notion that "there is nothing to see here folks, just move along. It's all over now..." attitude.

You are a cop, right Hapless?

Cover up? Not sure what to cover up, but they did go BBQ on him Waco-style which is pretty shitty but whatever. At least it was just him and he was actively shooting back and not a bunch of women and children that got set on Broil for 28hrs because the Feds couldn't handle the situation... :cop:
