Buy some cheese dip! Couldnt be worse than Stafford  When the franchise player gets benched you know the season is down the drain.

And not just benched, but benched for Dan Orlovsky. Really? That's on par with Trestman benching Culter last year for Clausen.

I get that Stafford hasn't been good this year. He's been bad and he's showing just how good Megatron made him look when Megatron was at the height of his ability, but Dan Orlovsky???? Cause he's going to lead your team of misfits to victory???

I would've beaten anyone but Chad this week and Joe CRUSHED me.

I'm thinking I'll just let it autodraft for me next year as it can't possibly do worse than I do.

I don't like the word crushed I prefer...... dominated :thu:

And to think ESPN gave me a F for my draft grade.

 Yeah, your team's aight.

Well, I managed to get a win, but Jamaal Charles is out, and that was my 1st pick, so, that will have a big impact on my season. :(

Was about to drop Peyton...but he's undroppable. Maaaaaan.

So I'm stuck with him all year? I can't even trade him? :idk:

Nope - rule was set up to avoid year end collusion - but just serves to screw you now. ....

Well, I just looked at the current ESPN undroppable player list and its subject to change at any time. Apparently, its already changed at least once this year because Devonte Freeman is now on the list and no way was he on the list at the beginning of the season. So far Peyton has had 3 single digit games. If he can keep that pace up, he'll be off the undroppable list in no time.

So it looks like I'm rooting for my quarterback to continue sucking.

So many points on my bench.

So, I just have to ask, WTF is a catch? Apparently the NFL has no clue. The players have no clue. Announcers have no clue, nobody has a fucking clue. I'm so confused that at the endzone, you have to catch the ball, do a little dance, stand on your head, and recite the pledge of allegiance for it to be a catch (unless you don't, like Tate yesterday) but if you catch the ball at the sidelines you can just drag your toes and its ok.

While I'm wondering, what's a pick anymore too? The Pats seem to pick all the time, especially at the goal line. Other teams try it and it gets randomly called sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

Finally, what does it take to get called for offensive holding? Apparently wrapping your arms completely around a defender is not enough. Do you have to tackle him and make him your bitch on the field? Or does it only apply if you do it to a guy who isn't good compared to a stud player?

Basically I suffered through the Bears/Lions game yesterday and saw some of the worst officiating (and worst football) I've ever seen. The refs literally have no idea what to call when and apparently just guess half the time. Something that should be as simple as a catch still hasn't been figured out 5 years after Calvin Johnson got screwed in the Lions "loss" to the Bears.

Why does the NFL try so hard to ruin their sport? Why do I still love it?

I feel your pain BUT do you know how many times the refs have screwed the Lions on catchs?? They could make a documentary based solely on those replays. BTW the broadcasters don't have a clue either as the refs are given too much control over the game results. Tate caught that ball and while still holding it he took 2 steps with his feet in the endzone before the ball was knocked out of his hands. Afterwards a Bear caught a ball in the redzone and jumped thru the corner of the end zone and never once touched any of the turf-it was ruled a TD. Yea I know he broke the plane lol but clearly Tate had also broken the plane with control of the ball. Why should the Lions play be bad if you compare logically the 2 plays. I remember watching the Lions play Dallas and the Lion's receiver caught the ball and fell flat on his back in the endzone and was then pushed out of the endzone by Dallas. He never droped the ball and was clearly down by contact-however the crooked refs called it incomplete- it was one of the worst calls ever made and sticks in my memory years later.

Oh, its not just cause the Bears got screwed this time because it's a meaningless game between two bad teams and they still had plenty of chances to win the game. It wasn't as egregious as the Johnson call of a few years ago or as crippling as the Bryant call in the playoffs last year, but there is none, 0 consistency in what is ruled a catch. None. And its infuriating.

I get mistakes happen. But from week to week, game to game not having any sort of idea wtf a catch is, one of the most routine plays in football, is mind-boggling and maddening.

And now Maclin might be out? I haven't checked how they say he's doing yet. If charles is out, Maclin is out, their only option will be Kelce and yet he'll still have Alex Smith spread it around to 10 different people you've never heard of for 3-4 yards a pop.

I lost this week because I suck. A ton of points on the bench and I just suck. Ah well.

Alex Smith is a legitimate mongoloid. Andy Reid just wants to eat cheeseburgers.

this is what happens when someone accepts Philadelphia and San Fran rejects.

If Philly/SF don't want something, it's fucking trash. Throw that cheeseburger destroyer in a fire pit and let Alex Smith play with Michael Vick's old pit bulls.

With a combination of luck and....luck, with a side of luck, I may power onward and end the season ABOVE .500.
