I have a good shot at my first win, lol.

That's especially good, because this is the week I put Jeremy Hill on the bench, for not doing shit yet this season, and of course, he puts up 24 this week.

Just an FYI, Breaking Madden is back again this year and as hilarious as ever!

This is apparently what goes on during a Washington practice.

I just love Jon Bois sense of humor. And its really amazing what the game will do when asked to do extreme things.

You got a nice bump from Hopkins last night. I gotta ask, why was Mallet starting over Hoyer? I mean, I get it, Hoyer isn't good, but Mallet is actively bad. It was very confusing to me.

The Colts defenders did a good job of boxing each other out in the endzone at the half.

And Vinatieri is starting to earn his keep for me - got me a nice early lead for this week!

Okay.....I'll admit that I sound like a broken record but this entire f-ing fantasy season has been one week after another of futility!

I don't know what is going on with the scoring.
First score of the Bears-Chiefs game - fumble recovery for a TD for the Chiefs.
I didn't get the points until the second half for the TD - and I just lost them again!!!
wtf? :freak:

Edit - OK, now they are back again. .....

I was upset at Jay Cutler. I decided to mow the yard. I come back and he goes from 8 to 18 points in the 4th quarter. I'm sorry for what I said about you Jay. Can you do it again next week against the best D in the league? Probably not.

mamberg, that's happened to me a number of times this year so far. Its gut wrenching.

CUTLER WAS THE MAN!

Sure, he needs to hold on to the ball better and he threw some ducks but he played his ass off today.

I'm posing a very good week for my team and I'm getting a full "NO LUBE" reaming from Joe. He's got 140pts already and at least 1 guy left to play.

Julio recovered a fumble for a touchdown but it looks as if he gets no points for that? Come on! I need those 6 points!

Actually, I dont think 6 points will help me today. My team took the day off and I'm getting handled by Mamberglers. :(

I don't know how many of you suffered through that Bears/Chiefs game with me, but if you did, did you see Cutler's pass to Wilson? Holy crap!!!!

That's what makes Cutler so tantalizing as a QB, he can make throws like that that only a handful of guys in the league can make.

He also can throw it in the gut of a defender from 9 yards out of the endzone. But damn, when the dude is on, he's ON. And its nice to hear the narrative of him being "soft" has finally gone away. Dude has always been tough as nails to anyone who suffers watching enough Bears games. You could tell he wasn't his usual mobile self, but that didn't stop him from moving around in the pocket and even gimping for yards when he had too. I still wish he'd slide though.

Here's a great quote from Kyle Long on the throw:

“Well, I’m out there trying to block Justin Houston, and that’s freaking hard,” Long said. “So, I’m blocking, blocking, blocking, you hear the ball is out, you see the ball is out, you look up and the ball just drops from the sky right into Marquess’s hands. I look up like, ‘Did anybody else just see that?'”

I really like how blocking Justin Houston is "freaking hard." I think that might be an understatement.

I feel bad for KCTC. The Chiefs are a mess. They have a good defense, but man, that offense..... So, why did it take the Chiefs are quarter to realize they have freaking Jamaal Charles on their team? I don't get that at all. Then they were doing ok and then when Charles went down, they were pretty much screwed at that point. Neither of their backups are good enough to carry that offense like Charles can.

Sucks for Charles and KC fans. I hope its just a strain, but it sure looked like his ACL (or one of the CLs) went. I even thought on that play "Man, he went down weird, I don't think he got hit and he went down." Then they showed the replay and it was all "OOOOOOWWWWWW".

Wow, I thought you had me yesterday but the return of the Muscle Hamster and a big night by Eli saved me. I was afraid Eli was going to throw a TD to Jennings at the end of the game. That would have given you the win.

I left Demarco Murray on the bench and it was good to see him come to life...finally. I was about to write him off as a bust.

That Saints team is abysmal.

I mean, seriously, they're awful. And yet, I sat brandon cooks cause he hadn't done much and he gets 19. Dammit!

I'm agonizing over everything! Can I just get one above average performance from someone this year! Every week it seems I play someone who gets one or two killer performances. Damn. :bang: Back to the drawing board.............

Well, at least the Jets are doing well so far.

My agonizing is about whether or not to cut Peyton Manning. I know he's washed up as a high scoring fantsy QB...but he's Peyton Manning.

I feel old when I think about it. :(

Buy some cheese dip! Couldnt be worse than Stafford  When the franchise player gets benched you know the season is down the drain.

And not just benched, but benched for Dan Orlovsky. Really? That's on par with Trestman benching Culter last year for Clausen.

I get that Stafford hasn't been good this year. He's been bad and he's showing just how good Megatron made him look when Megatron was at the height of his ability, but Dan Orlovsky???? Cause he's going to lead your team of misfits to victory???

I would've beaten anyone but Chad this week and Joe CRUSHED me.

I'm thinking I'll just let it autodraft for me next year as it can't possibly do worse than I do.

From Bleacher Report's weekly report card:

"KC Chiefs: D+

This Week's Result: Bears 18, Chiefs 17

Offense: Nothing that happened before the Jamaal Charles injury matters. Nothing that happens from now on matters. All hope is lost. Woe, WOE to the Chiefs. D.

Defense: Played a great game until it became clear the offense plans to spend the rest of the season writing sad poetry in a darkened bedroom and then collapsed under the weight of the organizational ennui. B-minus

Special Teams/Coaching: That 66-yard field-goal attempt at the end tells you all you need to know about the Chiefs' offensive plans for the rest of the season. The Chiefs may now have the worst offense in the NFL, and their stubborn refusal to develop secondary weapons is the primary reason. D-minus

Looking Ahead: Sadness, bitterness, lamentations, hopelessness and the Vikings."

Sorry KCTC. Mojo is sent.
