im listening to concieved in fire right now, i liked the lineup in the later years better than the early stuff.

reborn and hammering process was pretty good stuff but thats part of the solid state era, there was 3 albums in the early 90s on r.e.x. records label and the best was the inhabit album imo, i didnt care for nonexistant or the 1991 self titled album . those first 3 albums was a different style to me. i think they was at their best lineup with rocky gray in the band.

Thanks man, i have about 7000 songs haha.
My taste is all over the place, just last night driving with my wife and daughter we was listening to a few songs from the follwing bands, jonathan davis at union chapel, then the cure, then some skynyrd, and some nine inch nails.

It just depends on the mood, im not the type that can listen to only 1 song by a band and switch.
I usually like a to listen to a full album or 5 songs per band and then switch to something else. I love metal the best but i also like hardcore, and most types of rock, classic rock, and a little bit of ska, psychobilly, punk. I hate most rap and the only country music i like is shooter jennings.

I enjoy musical self-mutilation at times and this is what I'm doing it with this morning before work. Uriah Heep have some stellar tunes but this is absolutely hideous, watered-down Toto. Great stuff.

edit: I just watched the Steven Wilson video Repner posted. Mind. is. blown.
