Barring an early horrific injury (which I would never wish on anyone) I think its safe to say Diddlybo is gonna win.

Don't jinx me! I know what you're doing!

C'mon Peyton...you have to have at least .6 points left in those old bones!

 Hell, if it was a money league I'd never wish injury on anyone!

But yah, I think its safe to say you're gonna win.

So, at what point is this year "weird?" I mean, between injuries (Big Ben went down this week) or teams just sucking (did anyone expect the Dolphins to be this hapless?) its just really weird.

Oh, another one. The Seahawks, they suck! Yes, they pummelled a Bears team QB'd by Jimmy Clausen (OMG he's awful) that was missing its #1 WR, again. But the Seahawks are bad. Their OL is bad, they still don't have any real WRs and it took them half the game to realize that the Bears secondary doesn't have anyone who can cover Jimmy Graham. The defense is still stout, but their only offensive option is "Throw to Jimmy Graham" now the Beast Mode is hurt. Their OL sucks!

And OMG, the Bears. #1 pick here we come! Now, in another week we get Ratliff back which will help a bit up front, but Will Sutton tore his biceps which is a bad thing. The defense is terrible, just terrible, and the OL is shaky at best. They're a team who can't make any mistakes because they don't have the talent to overcome them, but they make mistakes because too many players are bad.

Now the Bears face the Raiders and who's gonna cover Amari Cooper? NO ONE! The could seriously get stomped by the RAIDERS! I don't know what QB they're gonna draft but it'd better be a good one.

Yes, this has been a very strange season. I mean, our Falcons are 3-0 and I would have guessed they would more likely be 0-3.

Some teams look as if they didn't even have any preseason practice...and I wonder if the lack of preseason action has something to do with the sloppy play. Most teams hardly play their starters in the preseason games so they are probably just now getting comfortable.

I dunno, all I know is I've seen some sloppy play so far.

I think it does. I think the overall lack of pre-season practice time really shows up in the first few weeks. I get why the CBA is the way it is, but I wonder if the players will be willing to make some tweaks, especially with all the ACL injuries that happen in the pre-season now.

And yeah, the falcons...in Julio you trust! That RB is a tough runner too. He needs to stop going airborne so often though. I admire his heart, but he's gonna end up getting REALLY hurt trying to hurdle a dude on a routine run.

Seriously though, Quinn seems like a real coach. I can't imagine the Falcons would've come back like they have a couple times already if the joker you had last year was still coaching. Mike Smith? Whatever, Mike not working there anymore.

Yeah, I was expecting better of the fins, especially their defense. I even have their D on my team...a situation which will be changed first thing Tuesday morning.

Hey, they did their best to keep me in it!

Barring a series of Manning interceptions it appears you have defeated me.

1-2...so I'm still better than the Bears!

Our game is :freak:

We each have an RB who didn't net us 5 points.

Both our kickers netted us more than 10 (mine apparently was kicking FGs from his own 10 yard line or something).

And our benches had amazing weeks.

Now I'm fortunate Maclin had a solid game and Rivers had a great game and that my Williams pickup worked out ok, but barring a MONSTER night from Wilson, I'm going to win.

This fantasy football thing makes no sense at all. :idk:

I took them on partially sentimental reasons - but I thought the special teams would continue to come through - and the defense had looked good in preseason.

They couldn't do shit yesterday though........
