But this case wouldn't have happened if this moron wasn't unnecessarily carrying a gun with him. It would have been a fist fight and that's it.

As far as my presumption that you own guns, I seem to remember you saying so in previous topics. If that's not the case, then I apologize. But people that feel the need to carry a gun with them to make them feel like a big shot are compensating for something.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Martin wasn't gonna kill someone with his bare hands, and two people would be alive instead of one...hence the whole leave guns off the streets and out of foolish hands. But you're right, we'll never know. Don't take this literally!

He wasn't just using his bare hands. He was using the pavement to beat the guys head. I'm going to go out on a limb and say many individuals have died by the hands of others where no weapon was involved.
