Yeah man, I have a feeling you need a lot of help Lil' Mams. You seem like your intentions are decent enough man, but there may be several points of leverage that are diminishing your consciousness that you need to sort out to reclaim your natural potentials, or discover them.
It's not a problem, school is just stressful... I honestly don't like the side effects AT ALL. I would drink Coffee, but then my mom would wonder what I was doing drinking coffee at 20:00... I could drink Mountain Dew, but A: I hate Mountain Dew; B: It doesn't do ANYTHING. Just increases my heart rate.
School really ISN'T that stressful. But I guess we all deal with it differently.
I'll leave you to figure it out for yourself, I'm definitely no stranger to drugs.. but I've also learned many a lesson. but your response is kinda....err... strange to me. You'd rather not have your mom question you about drinking coffee at night vs, popping a bunch Adderall? Why would telling her your tired, but want to try to get a little caffeine from the coffee be somehow worse than popping a bunch of pills??

I should have written a little every day, for a week or so, rather than try to write 20 pages in one night. I did learn my lesson.
I had a similar experience except coffee. Tried to write a paper for Modern Political Theory (which really turned out to be a class about feminist theory) in one night.
