I actually started watching G Force again not too long ago. I think HULU had it up. Man, there's some memories.
Movies are usually at least worth watching during their duration. Not this one, not with me.
When even the trailers look like shit, why? I've got a coworker telling me I have to watch it and I just keep telling him I have zero desire. It doesn't even look bad movie level entertaining. It just looks like hot regurgitated garbage.
Darjeeling Limited: 9/10 Would watch again. Kind of like a sad version of Bottle Rocket. Beautifully filmed. Funny dialogue. Only real negative = just a tad too long. Wes Anderson fans will love it.
Moonrise Kingdom: 10/10 Loved it. Great story. Great dialogue. Funny. Cute. Beautifully filmed. Tiny criticism: I thought the adult characters could have been further developed a bit, but there's only so much time. The movie was great.
The Grand Budapest: 10/10 Loved it. Ralph Fiennes was awesome. Beautiful movie. Great dialogue. My only negative was Adrian Brode's lackluster performance. I actually liked him in Darjeeling Limited. Hated him in this, and not because we were supposed to hate him. It just seemed like he called it in. week performance from him.

The fights were pretty OK, the movie was boring though. Decent background movie 4/10 feels right

I actually really enjoy the whole series of movies but this one is definitely the weakest.
Netflix, just cruising for something to watch, hit the trailer and both of us were all ‘yeah why not’
Mistake.
This is one of the numerous films out there that makes me wonder who green lights this shit? Who actually looked at this premise and figured this would be a good movie?!
Whoever did it, I seriously hope they learned their lesson.

Godzilla V. Kong. Y'all are jaded and expect too much out of this sh!t/10. Fights were great. Visuals were awesome as well; though super duper CGI for obvious reasons. Story was pretty much what i would expect in this type of movie. Didn't make a lot of sense but doesn't really have to in these types of flicks I'll watch another when it comes out.
Babysitter and Babysitter II Killer Bee: 8/10 As a self-aware comedic horror, these are gonna be tough to beat.
They flipped the script a bit and had the stereotype characters be the baddies instead of the victims, then actually made those baddies real characters. Some of the best one-liners from Max, who is the jock muscle-head douche but even as he's attacking our hero he's encouraging him to stand up for himself. Best final words of any movie ever. "I AIN'T EVEN MAD, BRO!" Smacks his fist across his chest and then melts into fire. Gawd dammit, what a way to go.
These movies are legitimately funny as fuck while still bringing a solid story and great characters to life. If you're not taking horror seriously, this is the way to do it.

I loved the first one but was kind of let down by the second. I think 8/10 is very generous

I think I liked the second one better overall. Granted, I saw them close enough together that they sorta blended into one movie in my mind, but they were so damned much fun to watch I thought 8/10 was pretty fair. Comedic horror is a tough row to hoe, but they seemed to strike the perfect balance for my palate. Obviously, won't hit everybody the same way.
Fantastic movie for crime, action and drama. Not a perfect movie but very entertaining and likable. Acting and story really made it work. Probably my favorite movie since Knives Out.

Damn! Great movie! A little bit of the story borrowed from the matrix, but it's interesting and keeps you interested all the way through. Great photography, and Salma Hayek is nice eye candy.

Weird how we all are different in our likings. I tried watching it and turned it off Just didn't interest me for some reason

All's good.
I forgot to mention the reason why I liked it so much.....the very last scene of the movie totally flips your understanding of what's going on in the whole movie. I liked the crazy mind game the movie did with audience at the very end.
