Sending my John Madden autograph to PSA for....

Post by mortatone »

.... authentication.

It’s an in person autograph with no certification. It’s almost certainly legit. The guy that traded it to me is a good trader in the card world and says he handed him the pen to sign it with. Having it authenticated in a PSA slab will turn this $50 card into at least a $500 card. There aren’t many authenticated Madden autos out there. As for HOF members that are still alive, his official autos are pretty much the hardest to get. This is my favorite card in my whole collection

Very cool. I didn't realize Madden was such a tough autograph to get. Would love to see more of your collection if you're willing to post more

Sure. My collection tends to lean toward Hall of Famers and retired players. I'll throw some photos up now and later of my small collection.

What I'm collecting right now has a few different focuses. There are two 40 card sets that I'm working on. One is 2013 Absolute "Absolute Patches". Another is 2012 National Treasures Timeline Materials. Outside of those I look for cool Hall of Famer cards and also have a pretty decent stash of Quinnen Williams rookie cards. Quinnen is my first dive into the rookie game so I hope he pays off.
