This is some straight up WTFery. I mean, dude clearly knew what he was doing was wrong as fuck, or he wouldn't have turned off his body cam. And had they not had the two minute buffer, they might not have known. Granted, I'm of the opinion that if these body cams are required, they should have to report a legitimate reason for turning them off every time they do so, so it can be flagged when somebody turns it off long enough to do something stupid or desperately fucked.

This dude, I don't even know how to address his shit-headedness. Yuck.
