Love cheesy, campy movies... Army of Darkness Reanimator President's Analyst The Return of the Living Dead Screwball Comedies from the 1930's and 40's Bubba Ho Tep etc...

This conversation has me so turned on. I've watched the Reanimator movies so many times. Anything with Bruce Campbell is heaven's own nacho cheese sauce. I never have seen the Troll movies. I may have to go hunting.

the lead dude, the dad, is played by george hardy. he is from alexander city, AL, same hometown as terrell owens. i grew up just south of there, outside of dadeville, down on lake martin. anyway, i went to the juco in alex city on a scholarship playing guitar in the school's jazz band and while in school worked as a trainer at the health club for a summer where george and terrell would come in a lot. btw, you may think differently of him but in person terrell owens is a very nice person, even a bit humble. anyway, george was a cheerleader at auburn back in the day and is now a dentist. another super-nice dude. here's his work site:

Holy shit lol, I had no idea there was a Troll 2 fanbase out there
In high school my best friend and I would get fucked up and walk to the local movie rental place and rent cheesy 80's horror movies like every weekend. When we rented Troll 2 and brought it home and put it on for the first time we were blown the fuck away
There's only one other movie we managed to rent that was even worse than Troll 2 - it was a movie called Lunchmeat about some trashy redneck cannibals.....unfortunately the store we rented it from closed down and we were never able to find the movie again

Have any of you all seen Shock ‘Em Dead? It’s one of my favorite cheesy horror movies. It’s probably more of a comedy, but it’s great and features Michael Angelo Batio and Traci Lords.

HOLY CRAP! I'd forgotten all about this movie. If it's the one I'm remembering, it was terrific 80s near spoof level horror that was still fun to watch.

I'm bummed I missed this when you guys were discussing it originally. Troll 2 is a classic. It's a fucking trip.
