Whats that disorder called again?

A while back something came up where a school shooter was characterised as having this syndrome or disorder, which was described as certain facial features;

Long face
Sitck out ears
Big head
Weird eye sockets

And then there were emotional/iq issues associated with it?

That was the Newtown shooter and he was severely autistic. He pretty much looked like a alien.

I believe he's referring to Nikolas Cruz / Stoneman Douglas High schooting. Although you're right, Adam Lanza is also a weird looking dude.
