Yessir, I make a PB&J and cut it into quarters every time I go on a bike ride longer than 3 hours. Lil protein, lil sugar, lil carbs - perfect for keeping your energy up.

Chunky peanut butter and Knott's boysenberry jelly on Orowheat Potato bread. A staple of my diet for years and years. That and colby cheese quesadillas. Could literally live off of those two foods if I had to.

I will also mix it up from time to time and use honey instead of jelly. Sometimes I'll also use regular butter with my pbj's.

And if you want to kick it up another notch throw some fluff on there. (Peanut butter and fluff is also a fun variation)
