Single mic clip of a Jubilee

Post by hiatus o »

So, I always double track. I wanted to emulate my Mesa 2 x12 with Scumbacks with the Creambacks IR to get that sound.
This did. I was floored the single track sounded that thick.

Equipment is in the video. Old VH song. Sounds like the room if you have speakers or headphones.
I dig the tone. A real lot.

You?

And I don't do covers generally, so today was the first rip at this track and I didn't try to totally copy his sound on it.

Sounds pretty damn good man. It does have a great amount of body.

Despite a million debates raging in his head over string guage, pickup height, Pete Townshend's sexual history, and pick material he makes his Shiva give up the goods. Plus his unplugged electric tone... well... it exists.
