Yes, I think it was in 2009. Mosquito Bandito at the Nestor in Fargo, ND.

In a guy plays guitar to an iPod backing track sense, yes, I have. It's a thing in death metal.

Yep, and most of them suck, except for Shawn Whitaker. Dude has some of the best death metal rhythm guitar chops I have ever seen, and he looks like Robert Englund when he makes his metal faces.

Apparently, he got sober not too long ago, and has basically stopped making music.

Bloodsoaked ain't too bad either (Though I like it much better when ol' Peter actually rents out musicians to play a song or two), but yeah, it's all pretty fucking ridiculous.

some times singers think they are a one man band
“Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more”
― Nikola Tesla

“I cannot be arsed with this right now”
― MISTER NOBODY™

"Stand up for what you believe in even if you are standing alone"
― Sophie Scholl

There was a dude from IN called "Dr. Statn" that was a 1 man band and was awesome. Very Mortician influenced.
