Obama put this into place and said from the very beginning that it was going to be temporary. He wanted to extend it for a second year and the Republicunts fought him every step of the way.

Obama succeeded in the one year extension but eventually as part of the fiscal cliff negotiations he let the republicants kill it. Republicans don't care about the middle class which is why they are against tax cuts for the middle class.

I hate politicians. I hate political discussions.

The more I watch, the more I feel the ineptitude in DC is by design. Neither party gives a fuck about anyone or anything. Except lining their own pockets and getting cushy lobbying gigs after they leave.

Couldn't agree more. People need to realize that neither party has any of our best interests in mind. These people who believe that one party is the good guys and the other party is the bad guys need to realize that they are all bad guys, the only difference being HOW bad they are.

Well the good news is the banks who caused the crash due to lax gov facilitated lending, a well lobbied Washington, predatory tactics and frivolous gambling are still getting bailed out with QE.

Must be nice to have the public buy all their shitty worthless debt eh?
