Analogman King of Tone, anybody own one?

Post by hardvalve »

I have an Analogman King of Tone Version 4 on the way from a trade. Anybody play one/own one? I mostly use Landgraff pedals, and not found anything to remove them from my pedal board in over 10 years. I got a great trade with some cash, and figured I would give it a shot.

Whatever his personal beliefs are, they are great pedals. Best wah, OD, fuzz pedals I have played. I also own several of his amps. I have had several Analogman pedals, mostly Fuzz, and they all got sold. I am not loyal to anyone but my ears. Any reviews of people who have owned or played one of these.

Not sure what your deal is, but if you are near IL or Iowa, feel free to drop by for a talk about it in person. I am sure we can work it out.

Thanks Dan. I can just flip it either. I made a great trade.

It's a great sounding pedal. Especially for low to low-mid gain. Anything higher and you start to lose a lot of bass.
Guitars: '90 Gibson LP Studio, '14 PRS Custom 22, EVH Black&Yellow, Squire Pro Tone Strat
Amp and Cab Bugera 1990 or 1960 into an Orange 2x12 w/Heritage G12M's or Peavy 2x12 w/Seventy 80's
FX: the pedals I build
