I gotta say the Mesa OS is not the perfect match for this rather dark sounding amp, it sounds much better through a brighter cab...but I thought I'd show you this video anyways. btw, the Hagen doesn't need the TS to be tight enough, I just love feeding as many mids as possible into the first gain stage
The herbert sounds more "polished" but also more "plastic"/2-Dimaensional. the Herby has much deeper bass and a more modern vocing, the Hagen has loads of juicy mids...totally different sounding amps IMO

I was hoping you wouldn't say that.
Pretty much sounds like it would fix all the things I don't like about the Herbert. (Too transparent, too middle of the road, lacks a character of its own).
