when I first saw the pics I was in love... however when I saw one in person it was kinda meh... didn't even have the desire to pick it up and play.. especially since the Midtown P90 was right next to it...

I had a Firebird Studio for a while -- really liked that guitar a lot. I miss it. I want that guitar back.

So these have mini-hums eh? Hmmm,....will have to check em out.

To me, not that I have any actual experience with them, Firebirds have mini's (or if not, at least P-90's). So I like that about them.

Not sure about the whole change the neckthrough to a setneck and the other changes to the way Firebirds used to be constructed though.

they haven't turned up at my GC so i haven't been able to try one. tried the LP and SG versions and both weren't bad. like firebirds so am intererested in trying one when i can.
