Still got picks from the 90's, but I have dozens of picks that I rotate through.
Some guys like a challenge. Not me.

I only get a few uses out of each pick. I use pretty thick strings, and I dig in pretty hard, so I shred them really quick. I sharpen them on the carpet to get a bit of extra life, but I don't like too sharp a tip. Picks are so cheap that I end up just picking up a handful every time I'm close to a guitar shop, which is pretty often. I have like two Altoids tins full of used picks, and a whole bunch in my "junk" drawer, lol.
Guitars:
ESP MX-2 White
ESP Eclipse II Vintage Black
LTD EC-1000T CTM Violet Shadow
Ibanez Acoustic: V300CW
Amps:
Fractal FM3 MKII Turbo
Laney LFR-212

+1. The carpet trick rocks. I had already been using it but then I saw Vai demonstrate it in his studio and that kind of validated it for me.

One pick every rehearsal. When the pick is shot, it gets flicked at the drummer. He deserves it.
At home, a pick could last months.
