Major bummer. It's amazing how a dog can touch your life and you'll remember that dog forever.

So sorry to hear this Billy, my condolences.

Were y'all able to do the treatments from the fund raiser at least to help the pup?

Sorry for the loss man. How close was your son with her?

They're were very close. He's very sad about it, he cried a lot last night. This morning he seems to be doing a bit better but still sad. It will take some time.

Our other dog is also missing her very much, I can tell.

Yes, she actually was doing great and had made a full recovery, her last bloodwork came back normal. When I left the house yesterday morning, she was totally fine, eating, running around and just being her normal self. Then by 10 AM, Michelle called me crying and told me she died. I couldn't believe it.

We asked the vet to do an autopsy and apparently she died of a heart attack. Some of the coagulated blood from back when she was sick was still clogging her arteries. It sucks because we really she was going to be fine after the treatment :(

 That's so sudden. Mojo sent man. Such a devastating loss when it was so unexpected.

So sorry to hear man. It is always tough to loose a family member. I volunteer for a rescue and have taken in terminally ill dogs to give them their final happy days. Always tough. I will see them again one day and so will you.
