I have about two shots of La Fee Absinthe left but, no ginger ale!!!
I think I'll continue drinking my Paddy's Irish Whiskey and tomorrow, I will purchase some ginger ale!

Mn I hate that shit. Went camping and had some a few years back. Took a big absinthe piss on a tree that night. The next morning I went over to said tree to scat in the woods and the smell of that liquorice antifreeze was much stronger than the smell of my hotdog and castleberry's chili dump. That says a lot bc your dumps in the woods smell 3x worse that your dumps in a toilet bowl. Those huge green flies, thought to be extinct, immediately swarm the fresh human scat. Where do they come from? Regular flies come from rotting meat and super green flies comes from IBS campin dumps. It just makes too much sense.

Yeah! What's with those green flys? Hundreds suddenly appear, out of no where, and swarm your crap as it falls from your arse!!! It's the 8th Wonder of the World!

It's the red blooded american, enough thujone to give you an odd kinda buzz but not enough to be trippin' version. Never had any of the clandestinely imported, european, make you see colors, and talk to woodland creatures style absinthe. Maybe someday, tho.

A buddy of mine had some of MM's Mansinthe. It's definitely a mellow kind of drunk.

Mansinthe is great. I usually mix Absinthe with something like Sprite, or 7-up. There's no reason to get all douchey with the sugar cube and water fountain..

Duplais, and St George are great as well.

I remember that when I lived in Okinawa. I was in the Air Force, and there no way I was going to try it since they drug tested. Knew some guys that drank some, and got seriously fucked up.

Discount in milwaukee carries a pretty wide selection of "americanized" absinthe. The 2 bottles i currently have were purchased on the GL distillery tour.
