Yeah it can be kinda maddening when you think you're at the finish line but instead there's a whole nother level to accomplish and a starting point is not evident. It's like, I'm sorry Mario but your princess is in another castle

I'd use a regular Marshall logo or maybe your last name in old marshall/friedman font.

MuggaFugga sounds like Boomer talk  might as well call it Rebel Rouser or some other outdated phrase like Hang Loose or Groovy Vibes

Sorry man.

Great idea!

Let's (i.e., not me) start a "Name Tortuga's New Amp Logo" thread! :hi5:

BTW, I totally feel your pain!

On my last build, I moved an output jack about 1/8" to the side.
In doing so, I shorted to ground the signal at the output jack.

So, after triple checking voltages, components, solder joint, etc., pulling out half my hair, I found the problem. :horse:

I work in IT, and I know it's almost always something simple like that.

I think going through the BS last year with the transformer (which a LOT of people told me was unlikely - and then it turned out to be that very thing) disrupted my instincts and made me start doubting everything.

I built this amp a second time to help reinforce the learning experience, and I definitely got a lot of education from all this.

...and I'm already planning the next build :usa:
