IR or Not to IR!!!!

It’s a great pedal. Even I just discovered new ways to dial it. Can pretty much do anything with it the more I use. Can get it super abrasive like a Grind Pedal too. It has perhaps the widest range on a “standard “ overdrive I’ve used

I should mention both the 6505 and the blue channel were the live mics and I actually still think The PV has a brutality to it. I *Think I can dial the Evh in closer. Also on the PV clip I had to scoop out some of those Honky “wah” mids. The Evh is almost flat. So you can see basically where the differences are. The 5153 definitely scooped out those harder, more aggressive mids, kinda cleared up the low end and cleaned up the high end. So refined would be the word for sure. But PV is less perfect and sometimes that less than perfected sound is just as pleasing. But listening in my car, I would use both but I like the extra brightness of the Evh blue
