Man, I'm revisiting a lot of the Stones' catalog this morning in light of this news. Haven't really listened to them in ages, and it really strikes you just how fucking GOOD they were back in the day. I'm talking Sticky Fingers, Beggar's Banquet, Goat's Head, Let it Bleed, etc. I mean, Keith is pretty much his own meme at this point, but the dude has touch, feel, and soul. Charlie was just rock solid, and the tunes just rock. Just so, so good.

RIP, Charlie. Dude, what a life. Well played, sir. Literally and figuratively.

Charlie was married to the same woman since 1964... you don't see that happening in Rock N Roll too often!
